Terms of Service

Launch to Income is a guided workspace that helps you move from a business idea to your first sale through a step-by-step roadmap, with optional AI drafting assistance. Each step helps you create a real business asset you own.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You can sign in with Google or (where available) with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Notify us at admin@launchtoincome.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

The Service is currently offered free of charge during early access. We do not collect payments and there are therefore no charges and no refunds at this time. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will provide advance notice and separate terms, and anything you have already created will remain yours to keep and export.

You own the business content and assets you create with the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, saving your drafts and generating exports). We claim no ownership of your business ideas or assets.

AI drafts are suggestions to help you. You review, edit, and decide what to keep, and you are the author of and responsible for the final content. AI output may be inaccurate or generic; verify anything important. We make no income or earnings guarantees, and you should not present any such guarantee in materials you create with the Service.

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload harmful or unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or abuse the AI features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

This is an evolving product in early access. Features may change, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, and we will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in any particular business outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXON MEDIA LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charlotte (Mecklenburg County), North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
